"Staff was nice and very polite perfect hospitality,I had a standard king for one night basic room decent space ok bed perfect shower pressure and it's in the middle of all the action def worth a stay"

"The worst experience ever. No AC in the room in hot New York day. Then, rude staff during check-in and responding to the AC issue. They promised the hotel guests to supply fans which they never did. The phone is not working to pass any messages. The furniture and hotel accessories go at least 50 years back. Though I am platinum IHG member, I wouldn’t advise nor recommend this bad hotel at all. "

"Only one elevator was working all week which led to 20 minute wait times to leave or return from our room on the 18th floor. There was no ability to control the thermostat in the room and the windows only open a crack. The room was stuffy and hot which made it difficult to sleep. One the 2 mattresses in the room was caving in on one side and very uncomfortable. Location is excellent. Walking distance to Central Park, theatres and Times Square. "
