    We phoned the morning of our arrival before we boarded our airplane and there was no answer and no way to leave a voice mail. We tried again when we landed -- same thing. We arrived at the property at 2 PM and tried again -- same thing. A resident of the building let us in so that we did not have to stand on the street, but we were unable to reach anyone. She said that other potential guests had arrived and experienced the same thing. We called you and you said your systems were down and to call back in an hour. As you can imagine, this is completely unacceptable. We made new arrangements for new accommodations and cancelled this property. We received a full refund, but quite frankly, anything less would have also been unacceptable. I told your representative during the cancel call that you should remove this property from your list of offerings.…
