The unique item is the front desk staff- Ms Maria B. Is a wonderful person who is very friendly to everyone incoming customers during the weekend hotel registration. She is the only staff for many customers. Her personality is a true New Yorker, she welcomes us who from other States. Although the hotel facility is not a five Stars, but Maria’s perfectionism is more than five stars. We appreciate this hotel keep such staff for serving us. Great job!

I did last minute trip here for my birthday solo and I can say I didn’t have any issues apart from it was a little expensive. It’s in the heart of times square so I guess that’s why, it’s walking distance to everything you can think of I would definitely stay here again I definitely felt safe..
