"Great hotel - so convenient for the airport. Rooms are really comfy and clean. Only downside is having stayed here multiple times over the years the menu is getting smaller and smaller in terms of choice. We were traveling with children and asked could they do some chips as there were tables sat with chips and were quite abruptly told no. Most of the staff were great there was one man on the bar who was rude. Overall it’s where I would choose to stay for Liverpool airport"
