"Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding a recent booking I made through your platform. The condition of the hotel I was assigned was completely unacceptable, far below any reasonable standard, and frankly shocking. From the moment I entered the room, there was a strong, unpleasant smell that made it extremely uncomfortable to stay. The entire environment felt unclean and neglected. Most concerning of all, the bed sheets were visibly dirty and appeared not to have been changed at all. This is something I find absolutely unacceptable, especially considering I was travelling with my baby. Due to these conditions, my baby was unable to sleep, and I did not feel it was safe or hygienic for us to remain in the room. The situation became so distressing that I had no choice but to immediately leave the hotel in the middle of the night. I had to call my husband, who travelled all the way from Birmingham to come and pick us up. This experience was extremely stressful, inconvenient, and completely ruined our stay. I trusted your platform to provide safe and clean accommodation, and this booking failed in every possible way."

"The room window broken aircon broken door lock broken shaver socket hanging off wall live wires sink smashed and poor repairs shower mouldy fridge not cold mattress stings coming thru . Breakfast hot dog sausages toast cold eggs overdone basic pastries but great juice. Full of builders. Lift and corridors smell badly of smoking with cheap air fresheners to try and cover NEVER EVER STAY HERE IF YOU SWW GOOD REVIEWS BEWARE OF THIER ORIGIN THE WORST HOTEL EVER AND WE COVER THE UK FOR WORK !!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the White Hart Hotel. A+ for cleanliness, helpful and friendly staff, great location and amazing breakfast. Our room had everything you need and was so comfortable. We especially enjoyed the tea pot and nespresso maker- both replenished with supplies each day - including a small bottle of milk in the fridge. Breakfast was in the charming old pub room. Full English and other choices of hot breakfasts to order, as well as pastries, yogurt, cereal, juice and fruit. We also had dinner in the pub several nights and found the food very good. The location of the hotel was perfect- it is on a busy street but most rooms are on the back and ours was completely quiet at night. Kingston and the river trail are right on the doorstep and we walked everywhere. The staff were so great in helping us learn the bus and train schedules. We took the train into London 2 days (30 minute train ride), the bus to Hampton Court Palace which is nearby on another day, and the express bus to Heathrow airport. We totally recommend this Hotel- we will stay there again for sure!"
