"Absolutely lovely hotel. Best one we stayed at in Italy - in retrospect, we wish we booked to stay here a second night. The location is quiet and isolated so stars are visible at night, plenty of parking, and breakfast is worth the 20 EURS, best breakfast options we had during our stay. Highly recommend, 10/10."

Located right in the heart of the old city made it very easy to walk everywhere. The whole family loved our spacious and well equipped apartment in a beautiful setting with far reaching views. The generous welcome box of essentials was a lovely surprise, as was the delicious bottle of wine. Enjoyed al fresco dining in our own garden area and the kiddies play equipment was much appreciated - as was the fabulous swimming pool. Drive into San Gimignano took just 8 minutes along delightful country road.

Excellently reception, very curteous and relaxing. Amazing position high up on the hill in medieval Siena. Fabulous but quirky room, new & lovely features. Good breakfast, nice shaded terrace, if weather nice could have an al fresco glass. Lots of tours organised as well.

This must be the nicest hotel in Siena. I’ve been fortunate enough to live here and stay at several hotels and Airbnbs here, and this far outweighs any of them, including the Grand Hotel Continental. You may think I’m easily pleased but I’m not, I’m very fussy but I honestly can’t fault this gorgeous little hotel!

Fantastic hospitality and service. We booked a one night stay (very late as we were at the superb vineyard down the road and arrived after just 2 hours later) but this was no trouble. We were greeted first by the owner's lovely daughter and then the owner who made us feel welcome immediately. The room was basic but very clean and pretty. A nice touch to be able to buy beer, wine, snacks etc. out of hours from the large 'minibar' fridge in the hall ir local chianti in the room. The breakfast was...
