I got a call from a friend on Sunday afternoon, saying she had phoned the hotel on the Monday before and asked them to put a bottle of wine in our room for his Birthday. She also left note saying who it was from and to wish him happy birthday. They said they would call her back, which they didn't. We got back to our room late afternoon and the wine was there with no note. Fortunately she had phoned to tell me, otherwise we wouldn't have known who it was from. It was a bit disappointing from the hotel point of view."

"A lovely resort. We were only there for two nights so we stayed in the hotel. The property is lovely to wander around and we took advantage of the outdoor patios. Each floor had a washing machine and dryer, also equipped with an ice maker and sink. It was unclear at the time if we had to pay for the use of the pool (we didn't), but it seems to be based on what package you've purchased. We ate at the Cruize restaurant on site and everyone loved their dishes! Would definitely recommend!"

Room was ideal for our overnight stay Bed was comfortable but strangely small for a "double" bed The one disappearing thing was the lack of plugs in the room, there wasn't one anywhere near the dressing unit, where my wife would of used her hairdryer and straighteners, even with the extension lead we brought, she ended up sitting at the window with a shaving mirror. Not ideal."
