A lovely stay. Helen was warm and welcoming on my arrival. The room and en suite bathroom were exceptional and the addition of a small fridge with fresh milk and a bottle of water was a lovely touch. There were plenty of sockets and the and those on the bedside drawers also had usb ports which were extremely useful. I don't think it's possible to utter a meaningful criticism of the Cedars. I don't propose to try. Why waste words? I hope to arrange a further short holiday later in the year.

The accommodation was well placed in Tarbert. The house was very clean and well appointed. The breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend stay here and I would book again in the future.

Loved my stay

Stayed in a cottage and was equipped brilliant. We had dinner and drinks in the restaurant which was priced reasonably as well.

It was amazing stay in lovely historical place with excellent breakfast. Room was spacious, clean and with stunning sea view. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This is a wonderful guest house, the room was a good size and very comfortable. Breakfasts were ordered each night and promptly served to our room at the time requested. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed at the Kames while exploring the area which is so beautiful. The hotel is ideally situated in an idyllic setting. The food was superb, especially the homemade steak pie! The Scottish Breakfast is the best we've tasted. Highly recommend this hotel.

Made to feel very welcome right from the start with friendly, helpful staff who were also very professional. Standard of accomodation was excellent. The hotel itself was warm and inviting with an open fire in the hall and the views from the dining room were quite superb. Beautiful grounds which would make the hotel a stunning venue for a wedding. The quality of food and presentation were both excellent. Can't fault anything.

Wonderful location and beautiful view surrounded the hotel
