"We stayed 1 night at portavadie hotel in a standard lodge room. It was spacious and clean with the bonus of a mini fridge & pint of milk which is a nice touch. It surprised me how big the complex . You can either walk or drive to the leisure facilities as its not in the same building as reception & restaurant. The restaurant food is good & the staff very pleasant. Especially Debbie who served us at breakfast. I would definitely stay here again"

"The stay overall was good and I would stay again. Room was clean and good size. Some minor maintenance issues which were not fixed during our stay. Good bar and evening menu had good choice. Staff very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was not brilliant. The buffet part needed to be replenished more frequently. Limited vegetarian choices and they could not provide the one option as there were no mushrooms."
