The lounge/bar area was delightful to sit in at anytime. Staff checking in if you need anything. I required something (lady personal) and asked one of the staff (Phylis) and she could not of been more helpful and got what i needed quickly and discreetly. The breakfast was second to none. Fresh, good produce. Staff welcoming and helpful and the continental selection was delicious. We had an evening in the Hotel on st Patricks night it was busy but plenty of staff.
