"The property is in a great location, well maintained and friendly staff. Amenities for the room that were lacking are conditioner, body lotion and face clothes. If you need any of those items I suggest bringing them. The breakfast was great and had many allergy sensitive items to choose from. You will not go hungry at this property."

"When I was check-in, the front desk gave me a room in the second floor unfortunately when I open the door, the other guest’s luggage, clothes and suitcases were still inside the room. Back to front desk telling the staff the room assigned to me was still occupied. The front desk go upstairs to check the issue and when he was back, recognized the issue and the front desk manager agreed to to change me to a different room in the fourth floor. Never having such problems when I was traveling worldwide. Luckily I got this issue in Glasgow UK. Congratulations!"

"Lovely large room with outstanding view of River Clyde. Very comfortable bed and nice and quiet. Good breakfasts. Nice waiting areas especially the library. Lots of charge points for phones. Lovely staff who are very helpful with a smile."
