The property management did send me several emails none of which gave any answers and provided inaccurate info about how to access the keys for entry. I had to make an expensive intl. call to the owner to get correct code and was told that they would not stay on the phone to assure it worked. Kitchen was dirty I had to wipe everything and towels were only hand towels; not bath towels. I've seen complaints about the mattress hardness but I didn't have a problem and I slept well. The TV was very large and had a range of international channels. I bought a package with breakfast included and the breakfast buffet was above average with a good offer of a full Scottish, including haggis. Only tiny minor complaint was it was instant coffee at breakfast. I'd definitely consider staying here again."
