"Everything was great, except poor water pressure. Our Vrbo manager was quick to respond. We booked our golf cart and transportation thru him as well. He had the golf cart there waiting for us when we got there and took it back for us as well."

"This is a good hotel on 5th avenue. If you want to see everything on 5th ave, be prepared to walk! It was not that noisy at night to where I couldn't sleep. We stayed here to do nearby excursions so we basically only slept. The hotel is small but good enough for what we needed it for. The receptionist was VERY helpful, I wish I got her name but she was probably around 40-50 years old, slim with glasses.
