"The hotel decor is lovely and we have a 2x double bed room which was very spacious. Apart from the fire doors that could make a bit of noise when shutting, we had a very enjoyable stay. Right in the city centre, walking distance to everything."

"Check in staff was good. Bar staff on the Thursday night took a while to serve (lots of noise in the kitchen). Friday night however was excellent chatting with the customers rather than each other. Room was clean and fan was OK to try and keep the room cool. TV didn’t work properly. Left a note for the cleaning staff after the first night (had to use the buttons on TV so think it was just a remote issue). Reported it in person the second night. Had to chase it up after the hour (originally was told 15mins). Told no one could help till the night time staff came in as they couldn’t get in to the cupboard. This was after 10pm. Travelling alone I was not comfortable letting someone in at an unknown time. Left issues on check out and my email and still awaiting a response hence the delay in writing this review."

"I thought the staff were very friendly and helpful . Liked the very central location . No coffee in the room without having to go a good way along the corridor which ,although there would barely be room for a tea tray in the room. The room was compact and it was difficult to operate /access the lighting at the opposite site of the bed . However, I suspect not much can be done about this due to the compact design . However , the color scheme and ambience of the hotel is good ."

"Great location, great stay. Easy and functional. My apartment wasn’t very clean upon arrival though. Lots of dust, chipping wall paint, stains in the fridge etc. And I had a minor noise issue, from a neighbour. But other than that, it was a nice, private stay in experience. And I think I’d stay there against"
