It was fabulous! Clean comfortable pool Was awesome! Front desk lovely! Just need a clothing rack to hand clothes to dry! And there was a bad ant problem.

Very nice condo, nice place to stay but very noisy very early in the morning with the boats and workers. Our flight was delayed by one day due to weather conditions and Ancora was not willing to reimburse me for that day even though we called as soon as our flight was delayed and Expedia also tried to help me with my situation with no success

The Ancora is still adding finishing touches to the property as it is a new hotel. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The Ancora is also close to restaurants and public beach. Some of the people in my group enjoyed the surfing near by.

Ancora 10/10!
Ancora is awesome! They just opened so we were a bit worried that they might not be ready for guests but they were and we felt so welcomed. The location is perfect - rooms have great views of the ocean and the rooftop pool and bar is next level with great views of the ocean. It’s easy to scope out whether or not the waves are good, and if they are it’s just a quick walk to the two main surf spots in Punta Mita. The room is huge and has two bathrooms, a kitchen, and great amenities. We can’t wait to come back.

No servia la alberca, que la estaban arreglando, y no me avisaron cuanfo reserve. aun no terminan varios lugares como las escaleras que bajan a la playa, no tiene el area de playa bonito, no tuvimos agua caliente al bañarnos,, el aire acondicionado de la sala olia mal, El departamentos nuevo y los muebles nuevos todo eso bien estaba agusto solo les faltan detalles para que este bien.

EL PEOR HOTEL, QUE NI SIQUIERA ES HOTEL, COMPRE SERVICIO DE HOTELERIA, Y ME TRATARON COMO AIRBNB, JAMAS HICIERON ASEO DE LA HABITACION, NO TENIA WIFI, CUANDO ME PUSIERON WIFI JAMAS FUNCIONO CORRECTAMENTE. OJO NO TIENEN PLAYA, SU PLAYA ES UN MUELLE DE LANCHAS NO TIENES 1 METRO DE ACCESO AL AGUA, SU ALBERCA ESTA HELADISIMA, Y PARA COLMO DE MALES, TE COBRAN UN DEPOSITO DE 18 MIL PESOS Y LUEGO TE INVENTAN FALTANTES DE VASOS EN LA HABITACION PARA QUEDARSELOS Y NO DEVOLVERTE. EL PEOR HOTEL CON EL PEOR SERVICIO TOTALMENTE FRAUDULENTO

Hola Sergio, Gracias por tomarte el tiempo de compartir tus comentarios, todo nos ayudan a crecer y a otros viajeros a conocer tu experiencia.Efectivamente en Ancora Punta de Mita, ofrecemos condominios en renta, difiere de un hotel en el servicio de limpieza y tal vez otras amenidades, pero también son más espaciosos, cuentan con cocina, 2 baños completos incluso en nuestras unidades de una recámara, al igual que un área de lavado con su lavadora y secadora que en un hotel no encontrarás en tu habitación.Ancora efectivamente está situado frente al embarcadero de donde parten todos los tours a las islas marietas, avistamientos de ballenas, surf y más, sin embargo las playas en las que puedes bañarte están a los costados y puedes llegar a ellas caminando fácilmente, al igual que a todos los restaurantes más reconocidos en la zona, eso sin mencionar que todas las unidades incluso en el segundo nivel cuentan con vista al mar.Compartiremos con los condominos el comentario de la temperatura del agua en la alberca, para que consideren la opción de agregar un calentador en la misma.Respecto al depósito en garantía, no es un cobro, es una retención que se toma para proteger y respaldar cualquier posible daño en la unidad, y si se detecta algún faltante, como tu lo viviste antes de realizar cualquier cobro al depósito, se consulta con el huésped para verificar que estemos en lo cierto, y en caso contrario se libera sin problemas.Gracias por visitar Ancora Punta de Mita.AtentamenteLa Gerencia.

Hotel nuevo, recomendable
Un hotel nuevo, muy bonitos los cuartos, tienes muy buenos restaurantes muy cerca caminando, la alberca en el rooftop muy bonita. Se manejan como airbnb en cuestión del cobro de limpieza a parte de la tarifa. Yo lo recomiendo!!!

Nuevo lugar en punta mita
Es un lugar que estrenamos por lo que aún tiene algunos detalles; pero seguro en un par de meses todo estará excelente; gran potencial
