"Gabriela at the front desk was absolutely kind. Very informative and had a beautiful attitude and smile. The staff was very friendly, housekeeping, the pool guys with the activities was fun, and the servers were all attentive. "Had a great stay here, and the staff is amazing. The resort property is beautifully maintained, from the perfectly cut grass, to the pristine pools. The staff was extremely friendly and constantly on the move keeping the resort clean and comfortable. When booking on Expedia, double check that you’re not just booking a room. Found out a week before our trip that we didn’t book the “All Inclusive” but we were able to purchase the package thankfully. "

"Beautiful view and weather. Facility was very clean. Lots of entertainment options. Refreshing ocean breezes kept the flying insects away—until the day the breezes stopped. Mosquitoes arrived and my wife and her friend were eaten alive. (Be sure you bring repellent!) The food, while plentiful, was just average. "

"This hostel is literally located in the middle of nowhere, it's difficult to find, there was no cell phone service and it's just the creepiest vibe upon arrival. Did not feel safe as a solo traveler. Could not stay there. Had to look for another place to stay."
