Resort was nice, well maintained overall. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our Destination Concierge, Carlos, was very attentive and helpful. Dining options were good but limited for those who are less adventurous with gastronomy. Only down side was lack of information provided before booking regarding smoking/vaping laws in Mexico.

We stayed in the Junior Suite Nature View and had an amazing time here! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Defintely the type of resort you want to stay if you’re looking for a zen like vibe with enough to do but without the crazy wild party vibe. We would defintely stay here again!
