"Breakfast is superb. Location is unreliablely good. Nice friendly staff . Room a wee bit dirty though, could write my name on the dust on the table. Room bit too dark for the mrs putting her make up on and the price of drinks criminal. Overall however, good hotel and if coming back to london id book again "

"All the staff were lovely- such a warm friendly welcome from them all. Room was very spacious and the only thing lacking was a towel rail. FYI there are separate male and female steam rooms so we had to steam separately. Huge variety on offer for buffet breakfast and great location - short walk from Waterloo and to theatre land. We will be back "

"Rooms comfy, clean and well appointed and very good location near Marble Arch. Check in was disorganised and staff not overly friendly. Public areas also like a shopping mall and doesn’t feel like a hotel, with limited quiet spaces to relax."
