"Great staff, comfy room and super shower. Sadly we could not get into the car park because of non residents using it (how do they get in?). Bar was ridiculously busy with just 2 staff, but they worked hard, and we eventually got a drink. Will use again."

The only slight downside was the empty building sites surrounding the hotel with no sign of imminent development, giving the area a rather neglected feel. However the Gas Street basin area was very close by which was very pleasant."

"Only comments are how hot our room was and breakfast waiting staff appear to have little serving training. There was a small fan in the room but could do with something more cooling or larger fan. Great facilities and although we didn't eat lunch/dinner, the food looked amazing. Waiting staff lent over us eating to clear plates of our party on a couple, of occasions, also took the fruit as I was picking & barged past us at the servery a few times. However, this experience wont put us off going there again and we will definitely stay there again"
