Good location with small parking area. Very welcoming staff, offering helpful advice on local area. The room itself was of very high standard and lacked nothing that I needed for my stay. Highly recommend the superb cooked breakfast for a small extra cost.

An absolutely lovely stay. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly by Allanah and she was kind and attentive. She showed us around, before escorting us to our room and answering our questions. Parking at NCP Birmingham High Street car park at discounted rate of £10.50, ensure you ask for exit ticket. Easy to find, clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good. Complimentary Hot beverages throughout the day near reception. Kitchenette was handy and fridge was convenient. Downside was bathroom sink was slow to drain and waste hole was so dirty. This hotel has everything you need to enjoy your stay. From food, casino, spa, shopping, lovely outdoor water and staff are lovely too. I usually come here to get a break and relax. The rooms are spacious and relaxing. I would say the parking for VIP needs alot of work and has gone up from £15.00 to £20.00. I have a disability and have to use it due to mobility issues. But if you use the casino or shopping or food, its £3.00 or free. So it doenst make sense. Apart from the parking in VIP...

Really great hotel for the price. Excellent location for bars and Symphony Hall.

AC Marriott is in a great location surrounded by restaurants and bars. Mailbox parking available and once parked you can walk alongside the canal and stop for a refreshment or walk into the city centre. We went to the Alexander theatre which was a 10min walk from the hotel. The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They seemed pleased to help which is refreshing. The room was clean and absolutely fine for one night or a weekend with a TV, mini fridge and coffee/tea...

Wonderful stay for Mother’s Day every mother should get a chance to stay here just sorry I didn’t have time to swim didn’t want to spoil hairdo !!

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. We really enjoyed the 24 hour free hot drink facilities. Just what we needed on a cold walk through Birmingham. We will definitely be staying here again.

An excellent hotel! Very friendly and helpful staffs especially the young man who can speak Cantonese, he gave us some tips for traveling in Birmingham which is very useful! Cleanliness room having all things we needed; good location with a walking distance to town center and lovely delicious breakfast! Will definitely come back again when we needed.

This hotel is our regular stay when going to the theatre - close to theatre land and lots of restaurants nearby.
