An absolutely lovely stay. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly by Allanah and she was kind and attentive. She showed us around, before escorting us to our room and answering our questions. Our room was beautifully decorated, warm and cosy. The bathtub was deep and sumptuous, the toiletries provided were fresh and felt lovely and the home baked cookies in the room were a nice (and tasty) touch. This hotel has everything you need to enjoy your stay. From food, casino, spa, shopping, lovely outdoor water and staff are lovely too. I usually come here to get a break and relax. The rooms are spacious and relaxing. I would say the parking for VIP needs alot of work and has gone up from £15.00 to £20.00. I have a disability and have to use it due to mobility issues. But if you use the casino or shopping or food, its £3.00 or free. So it doenst make sense. Apart from the parking in VIP...

Good location with small parking area. Very welcoming staff, offering helpful advice on local area. The room itself was of very high standard and lacked nothing that I needed for my stay. Highly recommend the superb cooked breakfast for a small extra cost.

The room was clean. The staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was good, loved that it was a buffet. Enjoyed the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. Area is nice and secluded, has an element of peace and quiet.

Lovely hotel and amenities but the pool and spa area was very small compared to the size of the hotel. Rooms are spacious beds are very comfy too

Parking at NCP Birmingham High Street car park at discounted rate of £10.50, ensure you ask for exit ticket. Easy to find, clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good. Complimentary Hot beverages throughout the day near reception. Kitchenette was handy and fridge was convenient. Downside was bathroom sink was slow to drain and waste hole was so dirty. Shower isn’t powerful enough, but all was clean. Major tram works going on in Corporation Street, however requested a higher...

This was my third visit to Kings Court , and each time has been most enjoyable..All the rooms were excellent, the staff friendly and helpful , and the food second to none .I will certainly return in the near future.Phil Vale, Isle of Wight.

Get together with friends. Enough space for long chats and catch up Food good, room comfy. Convenient location for local restaurants/shops and for going into Stratford

AC Marriott is in a great location surrounded by restaurants and bars. Mailbox parking available and once parked you can walk alongside the canal and stop for a refreshment or walk into the city centre. We went to the Alexander theatre which was a 10min walk from the hotel. The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They seemed pleased to help which is refreshing. The room was clean and absolutely fine for one night or a weekend with a TV, mini fridge and coffee/tea...

Good value for money, location and facilities

An excellent hotel! Very friendly and helpful staffs especially the young man who can speak Cantonese, he gave us some tips for traveling in Birmingham which is very useful! Cleanliness room having all things we needed; good location with a walking distance to town center and lovely delicious breakfast! Will definitely come back again when we needed.
