I’ve used this place a few times, its location is great and it’s very modern, well decorated and comfy. The rooms are week done out and are equipped with fridges and microwaves and there’s a central kitchen with an oven and toaster and hob to use with a washer and dryer. It’s excellent and your minutes from Morrisons, Wetherspoons and the town centre and there’s free parking. It’s essentially a large house split into about 16 flats.

An absolutely lovely stay. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly by Allanah and she was kind and attentive. She showed us around, before escorting us to our room and answering our questions. Parking at NCP Birmingham High Street car park at discounted rate of £10.50, ensure you ask for exit ticket.
Easy to find, clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good. Complimentary Hot beverages throughout the day near reception.
Kitchenette was handy and fridge was convenient.
Downside was bathroom sink was slow to drain and waste hole was so dirty. Shower isn’t powerful enough, but all was clean.
Major tram works going on in Corporation Street, however requested a higher...

This hotel has everything you need to enjoy your stay. From food, casino, spa, shopping, lovely outdoor water and staff are lovely too.
I usually come here to get a break and relax. The rooms are spacious and relaxing. I would say the parking for VIP needs alot of work and has gone up from £15.00 to £20.00. As please as I was with the hotel and accommodation, I was shocked to find this hotel was for naturists, which was not mentioned on the Hotel.com website, as you can imagine I was very shocked when accessing the bar and spa area to find naked people walking about and sat in the hot tub!! Will not be returning and am reluctant to trust other items on the website.

At last minute I decided to book a hotel nearby Birmingham Airport before an early morning flight out the next day. The hotel is about 1/2 hour away and is set in a quiet beautiful location, so just right for a good night sleep.
Upon arrival we were greeted by Alex who was wonderful, so professional and informative about the hotel and surrrounding area, a true ambassador for the hotel.
The hotel is stunning and has great luxurious feel. The breakfast was just the right selection of a lite bite...
