Absolutely amazing the room was just brill,the pool was so relaxing, the grounds were beautiful,staff were friendly and helpful, food was pricey but what do you expect with such an amazing place,we will defiantly be going back

At last minute I decided to book a hotel nearby Birmingham Airport before an early morning flight out the next day. The hotel is about 1/2 hour away and is set in a quiet beautiful location, so just right for a good night sleep. Upon arrival we were greeted by Alex who was wonderful, so professional and informative about the hotel and surrrounding area, a true ambassador for the hotel. Wonderful stay for Mother’s Day every mother should get a chance to stay here just sorry I didn’t have time to swim didn’t want to spoil hairdo !!

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. We really enjoyed the 24 hour free hot drink facilities. Just what we needed on a cold walk through Birmingham. We will definitely be staying here again.

A lovely stay the room was very comfortable and clean very quiet the evening meal was very good it was very convenient just across the road from the airport terminal I have stayed here before and always found it really good I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service, we took the dog with us and the staff could not do enough for us. I feel the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. The room had a door leading directly to the gardens which was helpful with the dog. We could eat in the bar area, lawned grass area and terrace with the dog and the staff were always on hand to help if we needed anything. Fantastic

Smelling room no air freshers

We shared a family room and stayed for 1 night. We loved the swimming pool and the messages from the maids were a nice touch. Friendly staff and fab breakfast. Would definitely stay again!

I took my family for a weekend away and we had a family room on the ground floor with its own patio. The view over the golf course was beautiful and the room was everything you could wish for, clean, comfortable and homely. The swimming pool was fantastic. The staff were excellent, helpful and always had a smile. The food in the restaurant was wonderful too. I would definitely go back again and would recommend anyone to stay here. We were so sad to leave

Emma was really nice and welcoming, I love people who give great customer service without even trying, they're just genuinely nice people. The room was clean and cozy. I really enjoyed my stay :) I will probably stay again next time I have to travel to Birmingham for an Exam.
