"When I booked I didn’t realise it was a self entry hotel but the instructions provided by the manager were clear & easy to follow & I encountered no problems. My room was clean & comfortable with good amenities including a small fridge & microwave & the shower was a decent one. Overall I’d happily stay here again."

An absolutely lovely stay. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly by Allanah and she was kind and attentive. She showed us around, before escorting us to our room and answering our questions. Our room was beautifully decorated, warm and cosy. The bathtub was deep and sumptuous, the toiletries provided were fresh and felt lovely and the home baked cookies in the room were a nice (and tasty) touch. We had booked a table at Smoke for dinner, and when the reservation rolled around it was pouring...
