Lovely modern hotel, easy walking distance from the station and to the old town. No kettle in room it one provided upon request. Comfortable bed. Did not have breakfast as costs were too high. Would recommend.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Lucerne, near to all the tourist attractions, restaurants and river within walking distance. Gorgeous traditional Swiss hotel, rooms lovely, comfortable bed, and good shower/bathroom. Staff very helpful and good restaurant with delicious food.

Excellent hotel in a fantastic location, very convenient for everywhere in central Lucerne; walking time from the main railway station is barely even 10 minutes. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was perfectly adequate although nothing very special; and I must admit I was disappointed that the cheeses were mostly Italian, as opposed to Swiss… The room was fine, a good size and with a particularly comfortable bed. The only minor issue was the sound of regular church...

Have a long trip in switzerland, this hotel is not far from chapel bridge, lion monument and shopping store. Room clean, nice staff, break fast good love fruits much quality. Wifi is perfect.

It's very near to Chappel bridge and walkable distance from lion monument and walkable distance from station . The rooms were very clean and spacious.

Reception staff very helpful and polite. Answered questions about the city and ensured we were happy with all the hotel details.

The appartment was too small for three people. Elevator was not working, nobody came to fix it. There was no explanation about how the elevator worked, and there was no explanation abot the place we had to put the rubbish when leaving. It would have been nice to have air conditioner, because weather was hot.

Pilatus Kulm is just an amazing experience and worth paying extra for.

The Mountain View from the the dinner table was amazing , food delicious Did find the mattress was to soft for me also the pillows

Super staff and facilities. Husiyn at Reception was awesome and very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in recent memory. Absolutely loved our stay here. Highly recommended.
