I was worried the hotel would be too far away from the town center. However, the bus right outside the hotel was quite convenient coming every 15 minutes. A visitor card was offered that covers local transportation. The room was spacious and clean. The only drawback was we arrived during the heat of summer, and only a fan is available. Breakfast was very nice and variety of choices. Staff were courteous and helpful. Its just a few minutes from Luzern and the city bus stop is right in front of the hotel, very convenient. We had breakfast included and it was lovely! The room was comfortable and spacious. The only minor suggestion I would make is a microwave and self service laundry.
