The location was fantastic, making it super convenient to get around. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and there was a really nice café on the bottom floor that added a great touch to the overall experience. The only downside was the room size. The rooms were very, very small, to the point where there wasn’t really anywhere to put luggage comfortably. The kitchen supplies could have been better but it was helpful to have that facility. There is a check in/reservation code that was to be provided. This was booked through Expedia and the hotel was not able to provide this by email. This process needs to be improved. Hotel call support was able to walk us through it. For the first time, you will need to go up a flight of stairs (with luggage) - after that you can get to the elevator.
