Air conditioning didn't work at all. No ice. Limited breakfast. When lights etc. require your room card, and you leave the room, the AC goes off...

Good stay for a night.
Hotel common areas were all nice clean and presentable. We had a standard double room. Could use some updating on the bathroom with new shower stall. Room was clean enough but needs attention. Beds are not very comfortable and there is 1 plastic chair to sit in for a room that can accommodate up to 4 people. Breakfast was very good and staff at desk for checking out was very friendly. At check-in the agent wasn’t very friendly or welcoming.

Location near truck stops and away from city center. Nearest restaurant over a mile away. Very basic hotel. singlr room with one towel, one bar of soap, no glasses for water. Price charged was more than quoted with reservation. Clerk unwilling to give printed receipt. Advertized free breakfast did not exist.. Coffee and tee available.

Nice clean property
Always friendly at reception. Room was clean but lacked hand towel and face cloths and there were no glasses. I have stayed here a few times and will continue to do so mostly because of location.

Down n dirty
Very hard mattress, no water glasses in room or available, breakfast a sad experience which you will need to pay for with a paid voucher from the front desk. Eat meals at the truck stop next door the food is tasty and good. Two extremely warm towels only. NO hand towels or washcloths or hair dryer. This is a good stay for the hardworking truckers and heavy machinery operators.

Nice modren hotel. Spotlessly clean. Easy access off the hwy. The staff were friendly and very helpfull. Now the bad! There was no hot water. There was only 2 towels, no face cloths.

It was clean. The beds were way too hard. Only one very small trash can in the room. Only overhead shower so your hair gets wet even if you don't want it too. They said breakfast was included but then you had to pay 100 pesos for it. Only powdered creamer for coffee no milk or real cream or half and half. It was easy to get to so for only one night we could handle it.

Say they are pet friendly. Yet charged me more for the two pets than for two people. Never again and staff was not helpful on other requests. Do it to me once , but will not get a chance again

People were friendly we were able to park outside our window I talked to Securty guard he watched our car w/2ebikes on back I gave him a nice tip in morning The internet was not working if I hadn’t already been charged I would have went elsewhere

The hotel is clean but the showers are terrible. They are a hazard stepping in or out of. They don't always shut off properly. They might have been a good idea about 20 years ago but no longer. Even then they had to be slick stepping to or out onto the floor.

Worst hotel we stayed at in a Long Time
Mattress felt like we were sleeping on a boxspring. Really thin blanket. Shower did not work. We only had one towel for two people, no wash cloth, no bath mat. No ice machine. No screens on tge windows. Secure parking. Nice it was pet friendly. Coffee in lobby but had no spoons, no milk, no sugar. Good location off MX 15.

Stayed for 6 nights, all staff was very polite and trustworthy.The hallways were always very quiet and kept clean. Will definitely stay at ZAR Los Mochis again.

Very basic accommodation. Sheets were dirty and had to be changed. No amenities such as a coffee machine. No breakfast due to Corona Virus. Luggage dolly was a cart from the kitchen.

Inexpensive stop along the way in Mexico...next to Federal Highway made on/off highway easy...facility wasn't bad at all, but staff was not at all helpful or accommodating.

This is a budget hotel. However it is definitely nicer than most of the motel 6 we have stayed in and surprisingly quiet considering its location right off the highway. The staff were very cheerful and accommodating.

Go meet pechocho in Topolobampo!!
Stop for night on my way home. Close to highway and good price, neighborhood is industrial and truck transportation. Went to see pechocho!!!
