On several occasions there was no hot water, the parking was unsafe, another customer hit my car and no one took responsibility, the sink was clogged, I had to change rooms.

The room was barely acceptable clean. The gym was not in service which I was not notified beforehand and was very inconvenient for me, since that was the reason why I booked this place, if I had known I would have stayed somewhere else cheaper. Price was not worth it.

Me hospede con mi familia y el jabón en el baño era solo un cuadrito, pedí más y me dijeron que no estaba la camarista sino hasta la mañana siguiente. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba del todo bien y pasé la noche calurosa además de que el aire estaba muy ruidoso. Solo me pusieron dos toallas algo deterioradas y éramos una familia de 4. Ocupan poner atención en esos detalles.
