Central location. Some staff accommodating. Restaurant manager needs some customer service training. complete forgot to get me my tea at breakfast. No apology for this, but asked a junior member of staff to get it. The main lifts are out of order. Had no option but to use the service lift; not the best experience. However, on a positive note, I had my room changed at there was a smell of damp. Upgraded my room at no extra cost.
