my single room was comfortable , clean and a trifle small. The staff were helpful and efficient. Was very satisfied by the standard overall. it was unfortunate that one of the main lifts was not working so reaching the higher floors could be slow.

Little dated room decor but otherwise great. Just 10 minute walk to the tube, great views of Tower Bridge, short walk to restaurants.
