"The breakfast menu & main menu very disappointing Only one coffee machine first morning then second morning not one coffee machine !!!! Jugs hot water coffee in 'flask' Staff were wonderful , not their fault couldn't do more felt management waste time !"

"Nice room in perfect central location. I recommend finding car parks further away from hotel because they are much cheaper e.g mount pleasant car park, only 10 min walking. Nice gym, tasty breakfast although I would prefer fried or poached eggs rather than scrambled eggs. Nice selection of bread. "

"Hotel is in a great location in Liverpool. Bed was comfy, whilst a small double. Could be cleaner, clumps of dust in areas of the floor and dated looking, but it is positioned as a budget priced hotel. "

"The room was clean and good sized. The breakfast seemed expensive, £12.99 per person for a continental so we didn’t have it and cannot comment on the food. The bar was open til 1am so that was a good benefit and the guy working the bar was great. Would stay here again."

"Excellent place spotless and staff were excellent. Really comfortable bed. Room a bit small but well designed. Loved the small kitchen. Only slight gripe I couldn't get a late check out as the place was fully booked the next night. Right in the heart of Liverpool. "
