"The staff are excellent. They are helpful and kind. Everything a stay needs is provided. Personally, the mattress is too soft for me. It’s a bit noisy, hopefully it’s only due to weekend. "
"Hotel was really good but at about 7am maintenance man knocked on my door (I was still asleep) and he came into the room without me advising it was okay. Never had this happen in over 35 years of business travel. Disgusted!"
"The reception staff is nice & helpful; the room is clean & their housekeeping is kind & quick response while one of my family member forgot to bring the slippers; the nreakfast buffet is excellent & my kids love it! Hope we can have another trip soon"
"Nice stay. Very conveniently situated next to train station. Some refurbishment going on in hotel but didn't effect us. Bit of a drainage smell in reception area, but didn't waft throughout the hotel. Would stay again. "
