I would like to recommend this lovely hotel and say that there is definitely my favourite in London.
I spent one night when coming to London to visit Art Galleries.
Location is just perfect 8/10 minutes walking from PaddingtonTrain Station in a street with very lovely properties and another 5/10 min walking to Hyde Park.
I was lucky to be upgraded on arrival and was given a room with a super comfortable 4 poster bed, complimentary expresso machine , water, tea , cookies and macaroons! Lovely...

Absolutely loved this hotel ❤️ from the moment we arrived until we left, the staff and service are exceptional as is the hotel and facilities. Couldn’t fault anything at all. The best hotel we’ve stayed in in London and I’ve tried many of the 5 star hotels here! The breakfast was epic! Honestly first class all round! We were given alcoholic welcome drinks on arrival
In the beautiful new bar and showed around personally by the lovely Katerina. Will definitely be staying here again when we...

We had a lovely stay, our room wasn't big, but roomy enough to move around, we had a view of some rooftops lower down but to be honest it didn't matter as we were out all day each day, there was a Fridge which was great with complimentary drinks but there was no information in our room which told us that! we did have a can of Coke one night and I mentioned this when we checked out to pay for it and the Guy in reception said it was complimentary, we also had a Basket of fruit in the room which...

We were only here for 1 night but had a lovely stay and would highly recommend the hotel and would return if in the area again.
It was close to the station and bus routes, shops restaurants etc.
From the warm welcome from the gentleman at the door and efficient and personable reception staff,we found check in was quick and easy .
The rooms were clean and well thought out,the towels fluffy and soft and the bed comfortable.

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

This hotel is beautiful. The staff are really great and where do kind to us. Only feedback is that the pool is not really a pool. The spa is stunning but small so feels very busy. Would 100% stay again.

Loved the rooftop pool and fact it had long opening hours was amazing
They left Prosecco and a treat as a surprise to make the special birthday weekend even better. Thanks art hotel I’m already googling my return!

The staff and service is exceptionally good.
One of the rare hotels in central London to have a swimming pool & proper gym. There is nothing I can say that I didn't like about this hotel. One of the gems of London

Wonderful hotel with equally wonderful staff. A very warm welcome on arrival was great after a long journey. I will definitely use this hotel again. Location close to tube station was handy.

I wasn't sure about booking this hotel, as I'd never heard of it. However it was amazing. It is small but that actually adds to the experience. We usually prefer larger hotels but this was truly 5*. It really feels like a special place.
The staff all get the balance of attentive & friendly right. If we needed anything they seemed to arrive at just the right time. But they were never hanging around us.

We stayed here for my boyfriend’s birthday - we received the best service from all the staff, the room was decorated for his birthday and it was such a nice surprise for him. A place we will certainly be staying again when we come to London!
