There was initially a minor mix-up over our pick-up from the airport, which we had booked in advance. There was no car to meet and greet us as we had booked. But when we phoned the hotel, they quickly sorted it out by paying for a taxi there and then. "Property was as described online. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The resort is small and quiet which suited us as we hire a car and venture out if we want to see more of the island. We did receive a room upgrade as suggested on the booking which was excellent. Views from most rooms are stunning, and our room was well appointed and comfortable.
