Excellent location,close to the shops,bus and tram stop and main bus station is 10 min by bus. Property itself very clean,all the rooms,kitchen,bathroom got all the amenities what you need. During the night very quiet, even you are next to the road,where buses and cars driving 24/7. Reception very friendly and always ready to help, when you need some assistance I was very happy with my stay and probably will be back in the future

The place was lovely, people very friendly, we came late to check in and found a bottle of water on the table which we desperate needed, it saved us! Also bottle of wine which was very nice. The building was looking calming that you wanted to stroll around, get to swimming pool or just sit on a tarace, children could be there for all day. Definitely we will return there.

Our 3 night at this hotel was an amazing experience. This was my first time visiting Spain. Our checking at the hotel was smooth although we had arrive way early than 4pm the staff really accommodate us and make us feel at home. They were very helpful and pleasant. Good base for my business travel. Great rooms at good rates. Great bar / restaurant below the hotel called 'Hnos Rogello' lovely food. Would be better if the reception was 24 hours. Getting a taxi to the airport early on the Sunday morning was difficult. the receptionist when there was very helpful and cheerful. I will most certainly stay there again.

Very good apartments, clean and tidy. Front of house staff very helpful and friendly. Great location, 1min walk to beach.

I have stayed at Las Gacelas on a number of occasions and they are basic but spotlessly clean, excellent location and lovely, friendly and welcoming reception staff. Las Gacelas is a god to accommodation in Playa Del Ingles for me.

Yes it was very good, five minute walk from bus station. Shopping centre with McDonalds and Burger King ten minutes walk. Beach lovey and sandy again 10 minutes away. Reception very helpful. Speak English. Bus 60 from the Airport to bus station. Would stay again.

These apartments are great for what you pay. No it's not five star accomodation but you are not charged a five star price either. Yes the rooms are basic but they had everything we needed. No kettle but a saucepan you could use to boil the water for a cuppa. Studio rooms have no balcony but we just moved the settee and coffee table in front of the French window and this served just as well as the balconies on the upper floors.
