Rooms aren’t cleaned, dust everywhere, no towel or bedding changes, overflowing bins around the grounds, watch out for cleaning staff throwing bags of rubbish/linen over the balconies! Very tired complex in need of a lot of attention, cracked floor tiles, shower head hanging off the wall, rusty metal work mirrors etc, poles in balcony barrier fell out, broken pool lights and water features, vending machines all broken. Rude receptionist, had to argue to be given 1 extra toilet roll. The seaview room I had was comfortable and had everything I needed. Unfortunately, you can't check-in until 5pm, but the nice man on reception let me put my case in the storage room, told me I could change if I wanted to. As I wasn't leaving until 6pm, I enquired about keeping my room so I could shower/pack etc, but was told that I could keep it just for 2-3 hours. The pools are salt water and cold. A lot of rooms over look the pool. And Evening bar with entertainment on. The restaurant was refurbished but has since closed.
