Well designed resort which could be great with more attention to cleanliness and better buffet op to. Access to the beach is good and it's close to Morro Jable for shops and sights

Poor service. Poor covid controls
Huge queue at check in. Many staff not helping. Manager not interested in improving service despite complaints. Simply said "thank you for your feedback" Buffet still in full operation despite the website stating that it had been replaced with a full service offer. We booked this hotel due to their written commitment to cleanliness. But they repeatedly break their own standards. Complaints online unanswered.

We had a lovely relaxing holiday, food was good, staff are wonderful, room large and quiet, everywhere spotlessly clean. The "local" spirits were poor quality- I asked for Gin & Tonic and expected local gin (Larios), it is not Gordons but is good and is cheap enough but unfortunately the gin was undrinkable- fire water. I tried cocktails and they were sickly sweet so stuck to wine with dinner!
