10/10 Excellent
"Really pleased with the hotel. Great communication pre arrival. Staff on reception were very helpful, we had 3 rooms and they put us all next to each other. We had the standard queen room the bed were very comfortable and clean, good shower too. Nice bathroom products.
The breakfast was excellent great hot variety, haggis and additional bits were really tasty.
Hotel location brilliant, very central for all the Edinburgh sites, shops, buses.
Hotel was value for money, overall it added to our great weekend. "
"Very courteous and friendly staff. Breakfast included a good variety of food. A couple of mornings when we had to leave before breakfast was served, we were given a bag of food, so we didn’t have to leave hungry. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel."
"The staff were friendly and helpful, the room and whole building were clean and everything was in good working order. The television however was old and slow- difficult to really use because of this. Otherwise it was excellent!"
"This hotel is located in the heart of Edinburgh, with a great view of the city. It's in walking distance of great shopping, pubs, and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is an extra fee and they have a very small lot. Breakfast is also an extra fee but was delicious with friendly service. I especially appreciate the chilled, filtered water they offer on each floor. We stayed in a "family room" that does not have air conditioning. But they had a fan available and it was quite comfortable. We were there at the end of July. "
