We requested a room with lovely view and theg gave us 6th floor which boasted great view with a balcony. Dinner was lovely, breakfast was avarage jn my opinion. We went to the spa area and the kids enjoyed a bit of swimming but my 2 younger were not able to swim because the depth was too high. Would sag swimming pool facilities not suitable for younger crowds . Shout out to Casie!! Who found my daughter phone and water bottle we left in the gym area. She was so kind and approachable. Only thing I will say is that the bar and coffee shop were rather overpriced - cost £11.50 for 1 red bull and 1 j2o!! The drink cocktail options at the bar were also quite strange, rather than just having normal cocktails there were random ones that weren’t that great!
