It looks as though the flooring may have been replaced not too long ago, but a rather DIY job with gaps left along the base of the walls, and the rest of the space needs a fresh coat of paint. Cracks in the bathroom floor, a tub with stains that looks like they’ll never come out, one small couch that’s so worn it feels like you’re sitting on the floor, the whole place just feels quite tired. On the positive side, it’s just a 5 minute walk to the Tube, and the neighbourhood has plenty of small restaurants and a grocery store nearby.
