"The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. My disappointment was there were no amenities in the room- no tissues, cotton wool, body lotion, or shower cap. Tea and coffee, water were provided, however. Shampoo and shower gel were ofcourse But for the price one would expect this kind of comfort :-) The location is great, though. "

I loved that it had easy access to the tube and tons of great restaurants in walking distance. Only a 10 minute walk to the natural history museum and V&A! I will definitely stay here again!"

The food selection menu in the evening was very limited, however, the Frankie Burger was good and the bar staff were very pleasant. The escalator was not working up to reception on the first floor (G)"
