"We received an upgrade and the room we got was spacious and had views of the Matterhorn. There was a spacious balcony as well. The room and bathroom was well appointed with a Nespresso coffee machine in the room. The included breakfast was nice with both cold and hot options. I would definitely stay here again."

Phenomenal breakfast with friendly servers. Great location that is a short walk to the city center and train station (though transit is provided by the hotel). Overall it was a great stay and we would stay here again on our next trip to Zermatt."
