What a wonderful hotel! The staff were great and they are on hand to help you with whatever you need. Stefi our personal executive was amazing! Everything was perfect. Clean and nicely decorated hotel with good quality amenities, toiletries and in room facilities. Food was lovely and there was a good pool and gym. They put some nice treats in the room for my birthday. The service was outstanding and made the stay special.

Once again this was an excellent place to come and relax. The spa is incredible, the food superb and the service is top notch. Drinks at the pool are pricey but one of life’s necessities. Stay for two nights and leave 5pm on the second day. Book spa appointments well in advance.

Amazing service and a beautiful Upgrade!

A very pleasant stay at the Runnymede Hotel, staff were very helpful and polite and professional. The grounds in which the hotel is situated is immaculate and well keep. Such an enjoyable relaxing environment, me and my partner stayed for one night as it was my birthday and it was thoroughly enjoyable.

Hotel is in a good location. Close to city centre just a few minutes walk to London Road (Guildford) Station.

We stayed here after our lovely but tiring wedding day. We were able to check in very late and were made very comfortable on arrival. We stayed in the Wordsworth Suite, it was very grand and spacious. Perfect for our romantic getaway. We had breakfast in bed which was delicious!

Great hotel with a welcoming feel, very comfy beds and the spa, pool and gym are excellent. My only problem was finding somewhere to park but there was a wedding and if you have limited mobility not brilliant as an old building. Very friendly staff.

It is a unique Property with previous owners being Lord Byron's daughter Ada Lovelace, who wrote the mathematical algorithm for modern British computers, and Tommy Sopwith who developed his Aeroplane for the RAF. It was perfect to visit RHS Wisley, and avoid the horrendous M25 Junction 10 tail back, travelling through the Surrey countryside. It had beautiful grounds and a large lake.

Lovely place. Clean and comfortable, nice restaurant and bar, staff very pleasant which makes a change these days. Liked being able to eat putside too in pleasant surroundings. Great value for money. Would definitely stay again.
