Brilliant fridge like AC!!! Reception area v modern and clean. Room good size, modern, clean. very nice Excellent breakfast with exceptional staff both days. Big car park though only 2 x EV chargers, one VERY slow 1st night and didnt work at all 2nd night, so dont reply on these!!

Okay so I’m gonna be totally honest and say I love staying at this hotel. The room is beautiful. I like the location. The staff are very amenable. I have that if I’m perfectly honest had different things said to me by different staff and I had to question this this particular staff member on my last visit and I said to her I’ve never been asked to do that before and paying something extra and I stay here on a very very regular basis so they didn’t seem to be the continuity there other than that, the only other little thing this last visit was that our breakfast arrived with our orange juice in paper cups and we had wooden spoons. That is the first and I did mention it and I do not think it is acceptable. Usually we have the full works and it is absolutely top-notch breakfast though have been coming to our room late and I have had to ring up several times to chase where they are because we have had appointments where we need to be elsewhere and this has made us late but overall I would say it’s a good choice of place to stay and I will continue staying there myself that they have a little few bits that they need to address to make it a complete 10 out of 10 but yes to stay there it’s a lovely place to stay

Every attention to detail. Very helpful with a couple of requests. Staff were exemplary. Breakfast great. Even though I was there for 4 breakfasts I could not try everything, never mind any other requests such as omelettes and any other whim a customer might have wanted. The 4 Reception staff who we spoke to over the days we were there. All staff seemed happy in their work, even the workman said good morning. The staff sorting breakfast were lovely - Claire, Nicky and Mate (not sure I’ve spelt that correctly) young man on duty Sunday morning (31.05.26). Good facilities in room - luxury products, fridge, safe, enormous bed, bathroom good size for us. Might not be best venue for smaller children - there were few little ones the first couple of days. Would definitely stay again.
