Excellent price, friendly staff, larger than expected family room. Seemed clean though some rough edges including worn through carpet and missing tile grout. Taps had to be run for a long time to get hot water and bath on the tiny side. Expected road and air traffic noise. Breakfast plentiful but limited if you don’t eat full English. All round excellent value for money.

Room was really nice and check in was easy. Good location for Twickenham right next to station. Although when we got back from the rugby we notice that the room was dirty bin full of rubbis and food from last guest in fridge not good enough im afraid. Breakfast basic but ok.all the hand gels and dispensers empty.

I’m still waiting for an explanation from Expedia why the booking was cancelled by them and why the hotel couldn’t sort an alternative. Rubbish service from Expedia and St Giles hotel. Terrible in fact.

Highly recommended

This hotel has recently been refurbished. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious and spotless. The shower was superb. Food was very good. The price was very good value. Check out is normally 11:00 but mine was extended by two hours at no charge. Staff were helpful and very courteous. Overall, highly recommended.
