Loved the location of being nearer the old side of Kyoto. Spacious lobby was lovely along with rooftop bar. Balance between sympathetic design and modern luxury. Looks like a new hotel and is very modern and elegant. The location is great and would highly recommend this hotel if looking to explore the Dotonburi. The hotel is comfortable and clean and the staff are excellent and attentive.

Great hotel, which is perfectly located for trains, buses, restaurants and huge shopping mall (Lazona). Used the laundry facility which we very useful. The staff were exceptionally professional and courteous and made my stay pleasant in every way. I would definitely recommend.

We were staying in Tokyo for 8 nights, this was a family trip. Great location at Daiba, monorail station between the Tokyo Daiba and Hilton hotels, area around the hotels provides nice walks along the waterfront and plenty of retail therapy if you need it. Hotel facilities were good,we included breakfast as we had our 2 teenage boys, breakfast was well worth it. Efficient and customer focused. They offer airport transfer all day log almost.How do they not have 5 stars... I would have stayed there during my holiday had it to been so far

Rooms are small but it is Tokyo, facilities, services (all the bathroom amenities you need, toothbrushes, shavers, etc. And free bottles of water and coffee, etc everyday) are excellent. Absolutely loved the hotel, especially the amenities. Spa was amazing with multiple saunas, steam room, ice room, cold plunge and infinity pool. And room had great view of the ocean.

We were so pleased we booked this hotel for the night before our very early flight. Not only was the hotel incredibly convenient for the airport, it provided a bit of luxury before our flight home. We had a large and beautiful room and everything we could have needed, including complimentary toiletries and drinks and a wonderful view for plane nerds! The staff were polite and helpful. Highly recommended.
