"Beautiful place with amazing views from room. Close to downtown. But the best for driving guests. Super limited parking; slow valet. Food is good and the staff is thoughtful and friendly. They have green initiatives but I didn't get the impression they were skimping on anything. Bar closes kinda early but the snack shop is open all the time with options there."

"I was on business travel with a co-worker and decided to check out Citizen M. We loved our stay. The rooms are on the smaller side, but we expected that. Check in was easy, the rooms were elegant, the staff was terrific. We would grab coffee and work in the lobby until it was time to go to our conference. There were lots of areas to work in. One thing my co-worker didn't like was that there wasn't an outlet or table by the bed. If you're someone who uses a CPAP machine, or you like to have your phone charging nearby at night, you might find the room layout a little awkward. Otherwise, we loved our stay. Fantastic location, great price, beautiful properly. I will definitely be coming back!"

"Historic hotel, lots of glamour, beautiful ballroom, big rooms, beautiful views of the fountain and lake, wonderful staff. The only suggestion, and this sounds petty, but the tv was smaller than expected. It was ok to watch though, not a major issue at all."
