"Had a fantastic few days here. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Whenever we asked they always provided an answer to our requests promptly and happily. Charlotte was incredibly informative and passionate in answering our local questions of which her knowledge was invaluable to us. Lovely room we had, being hyper critical it is an old building so the bathroom layout meant you couldn't really have a shower, so bathing it was instead. Had a wonderful stay, highly recommended. "We have stayed at this hotel many times and its always a pleasure to return. Staff are super friendly, rooms are clean and oooh so comfortable especially the super large beds and comfy pillows. Breakfast is unbelievable, something for all tastes and the garden just gets better. Just one small thing, a non slip mat in bath would be appreciated especially for the not so young of us. Will be back again, God willing."
