"Lovely old property . Nicely decorated. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately my bathroom needed refurbishing the bath was chipped and bath taps loose and parts missing. The window frame was rusty and needed painting. A shame because room decor was pleasant."

The Malvern - (Adults Only)

"Lovely spa, but housekeeping needs improvement Overall, we had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the spa facilities. The hotel has a lot going for it and we had a relaxing time. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the cleanliness. The room was not cleaned to the standard I would expect from a hotel and spa of this level, and the rooms themselves are starting to look quite tired and would benefit from refurbishment. It is a shame because with better attention to housekeeping and some investment in the bedrooms, this could be an excellent place to stay. We still enjoyed our visit, but the cleanliness really needs addressing."

"Parking available at £10 per night The room and breakfast were fine. Bathroom design is very snug. More staff are needed but the staff there are very helpful and hard-working. I’ve started there are a few times for the different festivals. It’s a perfect location."
